How to enter

The Asia Pacific Insurance Technology Awards 2025 are free to enter and are open to all technology firms, regardless of their size, location or ownership. Organisations can enter as many categories as they wish, as long as they genuinely believe they meet the criteria listed alongside the categories (see award categories).

Entry information

Entries to the Asia Pacific Insurance Technology Awards are free, online-submission only and consist of five questions per category.

The information provided in your awards submission is off-the-record, unless otherwise stated in the online portal.

The process

Once the entry submission deadline has passed, all entries will be reviewed by a team of Insurance Post editors, as well as a panel of external insurance experts. Category shortlists will be finalised from a combination of submissions and extensive editorial market research, including interviews and pitch meetings. 

Once the shortlists are finalised, Insurance Post will distribute the list to our panel of insurance leaders in Asia who will cast their votes on who deserve to win. Following verification from the Insurance Post editorial team, the firm with the most votes will win the award.
