Case Manager of the Year

Open to all case managers involved in rehabilitation. Entries should highlight results against targets, illustrate new ways of working and give examples of a client or individual's feedback at the end of the process. Judges will look for commitment, innovation and excellent results.

Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year – Provider

Open to all rehabilitation service providers. Entries should include a case study of the initiative or project in question, outlining the timescale, objectives, the parties involved and the scope of their involvement. Judges will look for a project that stands out in terms of its results, scale, its scope, or its fresh approach.

Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year – Employer

Open to all employers in either the public or private sector. Entries should include a case study of the initiative or project in question, outlining the timescale, objectives, results, who was involved and in what capacity. Entries should show the benefit brought to the business and the individual(s) by the rehabilitation initiative. Judges will look for a project that stands out in terms of its results, the scale, or its fresh approach.

Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year - Claimant solicitor

Open to all solicitors providing claimant services. Entries should focus on demonstrating how the firm has worked to promote the take up of rehabilitation with their clients. The judges will look for commitment, innovation and measurable results.

Insurer Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year - Severe/catastrophic injury

Open to all insurers. Entries should include a case study of the initiative or project in question, outlining the timescale, objectives, the parties involved and the scope of their involvement. Judges will look for a project that stands out in terms of its results, scale, or its fresh approach. This category is aimed at initiatives designed to address low frequency but severe/catastrophic injury.

Insurer Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year – whiplash/minor injury

Open to all insurers. Entries should include a case study of the initiative or project in question, outlining the timescale, objectives, the parties involved and the scope of their involvement. Judges will look for a project that stands out in terms of its results, scale, or its fresh approach. This category is aimed at initiatives designed to address high frequency claims related to more minor injuries.

Young Achiever of the Year

Open to anyone working in any area of rehabilitation, under 30 on 1 April 2008. This award will go to the person who has made significant strides in their professional development over the past year, clearly demonstrating their contribution to the team or department in which he or she works. Evidence of commitment to pursuing relevant professional qualifications while championing rehabilitation in the wider market will be required. All nominations must be made or supported by the person's departmental manager.

Outstanding Individual Achievement

Open to all individuals involved in all aspects of rehabilitation. Entries should indicate what sets this individual and their achievements apart from all others. The judges will be looking for someone who has made an exceptional impact in the market. Nominations will be accepted in this category.
