The Subsidence Forum was established in May 2004. Our mission statement is “to represent all those interested in or affected by subsidence and to promote technical and professional competence in all aspects of subsidence practice.”

We encourage the sharing of information and understanding, protocols to help the industry work together and innovation.

Membership is open to all who are involved in the subsidence industry and is currently around 40 organisations including insurers, loss adjusters, contractors, consulting engineers, brokers, solicitors and a variety of specialist organisations. We encourage a still wider membership.
