The winners of the 2012 Claims Awards will be announced at the lavish prize-giving ceremony taking place on Tuesday 29th May at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London.

Attended by over 350 industry professionals, the Claims Awards is the biggest and most prestigious night of the year for the claims community.

The champagne drinks reception will start promptly at 7pm.
Dress code: Black Tie

Claims Club Members

Attendance to the awards ceremony is free for members of Post Magazine's Claims Club but is limited to a maximum of 80 members. Places are offered on a first come first served basis.

Table Sales Terms & Conditions

1. All payments for tables must be received in advance of the awards evening
2. Invoices will only be issued with the appropriate purchase order reference(s)
3. Full VAT receipts will be issued to the payee upon full payment
4. *Cancellation / Substitution: Signing this agreement obligates the client to 100% payment. Payment is required in full by Incisive Media at least 21 days before the event.
5. Incisive Media will endeavour to place your table within the requested area, if there is an over booking Incisive Media will contact you and arrange an alternative location as close to your original choice as possible.
6. Complimentary places for Claims Club members are limited to a maximum of 80. Places will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Complimentary places are limited to a maximum of 8 Claims Club members from a single company.
7. Claims Club members are able to purchase a table for their team, the full table rate will be reduced by their own free place.
8. Membership to the claims club is not available 6 weeks in advance of the event.
9. Insurance companies are able to purchase tables for their team (at the full table rate).
10. Service providers are not able to book to attend the event.
